Event Coverage Request Form
Got an event that you would like to get covered? Fill out our request form. Medfield TV will coordinate with our volunteers to cover it or provide you with the equipment needed. 

Please submit this form 2 weeks prior to the date of the event to allow staff time to find volunteer coverage. Forms that are submitted within 2 weeks of the event may result in no coverage due to scheduling conflicts.

Sporting events are covered by Medfield Athletics. Visit their YouTube channel for live-stream games. 

For-profit businesses should email Medfield TV directly (info@medfield.tv) with their requests.

By filling out this form I understand that Medfield TV may not be able to fulfill my request due to volunteer or equipment availability. Medfield TV encourages requesters to participate in training to record their events, or reach out to volunteers before requesting coverage by Medfield TV. Productions recorded with the use of Medfield TV equipment must air on local cable. Medfield TV reserves the right not to fulfill coverage requests for any reason.
