FREE Saturday Classes
Each Saturday, Medfield TV teaches two offerings of the same class from 12 PM to 2 PM and again from 3 PM to 5 PM. Each month, a new class is offered, so there are up to 8 opportunities to get your learning in! Available for ages 16 and up, or 15 or younger with a parent. Stay tuned for new offerings.
September: Basics of Videography (no class 9/27)
October: Basics of Video Editing (no class 10/18)

Do I need to be a member to take classes?
Yes, and membership is completely free! Just fill out the online form.
Are classes free?
Most basic-level classes are free. Advanced-level classes, Youth Media Program classes, and T.E.A.M. classes have a nominal fee.
Can I take classes on demand?
Yes. If you want to take a class, but you aren’t available during the scheduled time frame, you can request to take the class on a different day and time. Staff may invite other members to join this class.
How can I practice the skills I learn?
You can practice on your own time by borrowing equipment or booking editing time on one of our computers. You can also keep your skills sharp by volunteering on existing member-produced shows or working on your own media project.
