Scott has a passion for the community of Medfield. He has been a resident since 1993, raised three children with his wife Kelly, and has been active in the town’s community and civic life for over thirty years.  Scott served as Medfield’s Town Moderator from 2003 to 2024. He was responsible for conducting Medfield Town Meetings, appointing members to the Warrant Committee, and participating in town activities and events.  He also served as a Parks & Recreation Commissioner from 1999 to 2003. Scott was Chairman of the Town Charter Review Committee, the Police Chief Search Committee, and a Fire Chief Search Committee. He has met great friends and enjoyed being a member of the Board of the Zullo Gallery, Medfield Youth Basketball, the Medfield Foundation, and engaging in many other interesting town initiatives. Professionally, Scott is a strategic business advisor, consultant, and executive coach. He works with company builders and business leaders.   He was a member of the faculty at Boston College’s business school for over 30 years, built a leading corporate law firm in Wellesley, and held executive positions in high-growth software and service enterprises.
