Jerry Potts
Director
Jerry Potts brings over 40 years of experience spanning business and non-profit sectors. Currently, he serves as a Lecturer in Strategic Management at the Boston College Carroll School of Management, where he was honored with the Coughlin Distinguished Teaching Award in 2017.
Before joining Boston College, Jerry spent 37 years at MFS Investment Management. He also dedicated two decades to the non-profit music organization Club Passim in Cambridge, serving as a Board member for 20 years including 8 years as Chair. He also serves on the Board of the Bellforge Arts Center. A passionate advocate for independent music, he co-founded Eastern Front Records, a nationally distributed independent label, and RadioBoston, a 24/7 live internet radio station.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Jerry is an avid musician who continues to write, record, and perform in various musical projects. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior & Management and Political Science from Brown University. A proud resident of Medfield since 1992, Jerry remains deeply connected to the Town, volunteering on various committees and is a member of the Medfield Lions.
