Katie Duval has been a professional videographer and video producer for 14 years. She joined the Medfield TV team as Executive Director in 2022 and serves as Executive Producer on numerous Medfield TV productions.

Katie is a respected leader in the Community Media industry. In 2020, she joined the board of MassAccess, a statewide advocacy organization for community media professionals, and she is the current President. She is a two-time winner of the Alliance for Community Media’s Nor’easter Awards.

Local volunteerism is an important part of her life. She is the co-organizer of the annual Medfield Volunteer Fair and the annual Medfield Candidate Forums. She is a member of Sustainable Medfield and MCAP (Medfield Cares About Prevention). She has also served on the Board of Directors of MEMO (Medfield Employers and Merchants Organization).

Katie earned a Certificate in Nonprofit Business Management from Middlesex Community College and a Bachelor of Communications from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She is a proud alumnus of the Minuteman Marching Band, through which she met her husband, Mike. They now live in Millis with their two cats, Roxy and Indy.

In her free time, she enjoys crafting, reading, playing tabletop and video games, watching reality competition shows, and attending concerts.
