As the great poet and playwright William Shakespeare once said, “All the world's a stage, and all the men and women merely players.” This is true for our local community theater group, The Gazebo Players of Medfield, who just celebrated their 20th year in production. They have made many stages their home throughout the last two decades, but never forgot their roots at the Medfield Library Gazebo, where it all began in 2002.
Directed by Medfield TV team members, Katie Duval and Amanda Timons, All the World’s a Gazebo encapsulates the fascinating details of the Gazebo Player’s history in a fun, lighthearted, and entertaining way. With interviews by the founder, current players, and children of the players (now turned board members), viewers will feel like they’ve become part of the family of the players.
